Yes, please contact our office on (07) 5406 0886 and we would be happy to assist you with a bank Transfer. Please note, the order must still be paid in full with a receipt of transfer. We will not Dispatch your order until the funds have cleared.

You will be able to enjoy our quick and easy dispatch on your order. We use a third-party courier and estimate deliveries to take 3 – 6 business days. When the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed.

All products go through a rigorous quality assurance process before dispatching, however should you received a damaged product, Heka Hoods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Follow the link to lodge a damaged freight claim.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within the 14-day return window to inform them of your intention to return the Goods. You can reach us via email: express@hekahoods.com.au
2. Provide the necessary details, including your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information or evidence regarding the condition of the Goods (including photos of the Goods and packaging).
3. Once your return request is acknowledged, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the Goods, either through in-person drop-off or freight.
4. Upon receiving the returned Goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If your return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

Express by Heka Hoods is a limited range and currently does not offer bespoke sun hoods. Please visit the Heka Hoods website to enquire about our architectural range.  

HEKA HOODS

The Express range is currently only available in Monument Matt, Black Matt, and Surfmist Matt. If you would like a different colour and finish, please visit the Heka Hoods website to enquire about our architectural range.

HEKA HOODS

Powder coating is a very durable finish, however it is not indestructible and even a  properly applied finish can be scratched or chipped if impacted with enough force or exposed to sharp objects. 

We are the manufacturers and sole distributors of all Heka Hoods products and do not offer an installation service. A comprehensive set of guidelines have been created with helpful tips to ensure your installation process is as simple as possible, and to achieve a beautiful result.

Although the Hoods are lightweight, easy to install, and a full set of installation guidelines is provided, we recommend engaging with a licensed builder or carpenter.

By following the installation guidelines we estimated 0.5 – 1 hour of installation time per hood.

The Express by Heka Hoods range is not suitable for installation to brick. Please visit the Heka Hoods website to enquire about our architectural range.

HEKA HOODS

Drilling the holes on-site allows flexibility, whilst staying within the fixing specifications, for the builder / installation team. 

It's important that continous connection hoods are installed with the 3mm gap to allow for the joining pair, and expansion and contraction of the aluminimum.

To drill the hoods, they should be placed on a surface that will not damage the powder coat finish.

Holes should be marked out before drilling, starting with the outside holes, as per the fixing specification in the installation guidelines.  We recommend drilling the hood from the back of the flange to avoid damaging the surface of the hoods. It’s important to be mindful of metal shavings landing on the powder coated surface.

Fixings are currently not supplied as this allows flexibility, whilst adhering to the minimum fixing requirement for suitability, for the builder / installation team. 

Heka Hoods are designed to be self-supporting and do not support any additional weight or materials.
